Member scans QR Code #2 (included in pickup) → Members page to view current/past wine info + concierge form

🖥 How to Identify & Apply Benefits
Waived Corkage
  • Assign the Customer to the check at the top right of the screen by searching by First and Last Name. Once the Customer is added, the discount will automatically apply.
10% Off Wine Purchases
  • Add phone number for loyalty at checkout and the discount will apply automatically to any wine purchase. You should also see 'Wine Club' next to the members name.

Not in the System
If you cannot find the member in the POS, ask the guest for their email receipt. They can search "Trevor's Monthly/Annual Wine Club." Ensure the purchase was made within 30 days. If valid, have a manager apply the discount under Promos> Wine Club Corkage on the Restaurant side. For retail, please apply the Discount with Promo Code 'TWC' (Trevor's Wine Club).

Awareness
Ensure wine club marketing assets are visible and displayed. Always ask, "Are you a member of the Trevor's Wine Club?" when opening a bottle of wine or checking out a wine purchase. If not, sign them up via QR Code or Trevors.com/club
